The Chimney Rock Project is a modern luxury farmhouse and fire rebuild project located in the heart of Napa. With stunning views of the Mayacamas mountains, between valley oaks and vineyards, with a wraparound patio and pool, this property is the definition of California elegance. Nick Noyes Architecture designed this home as a communal space for several generations of family, with an emphasis on authentic materials and a sustainable approach to design and construction. The construction process for this project was a hybrid of six modular units, comprising the primary four-bedroom home and standalone guest sweet, blended with the site-built vaulted dining and living area completed by Del Mar Restoration. Thanks to this hybrid approach, this project was able to be completed in just one year, from start to finish. The Chimney Rock Estate was recognized in the 2025 Residential Design Awards in the “Residential Special Constraints” category

The cream-and-slate color palette and brass finishes provide a sophisticated touch, while the high windows and expansive glass doors bring the valley inside. The various outdoor spaces were intentionally crafted with various activities in mind, giving the owner the ability to grill dinner, lounge in the entertainment area, hop in the pool with friends, or simply take in the view.
