Building Custom Modular Homes Since 2008

Method Homes is a Washington-based custom modular construction company focused on building precision-engineered, beautiful, healthy, and sustainable prefab homes and commercial structures. Since its inception in 2008, Method has successfully completed over 400 projects in the Western US and Canada. Method collaborates with architects from across the West Coast and Intermountain West, fostering a diverse network of design expertise, in addition to our own in-house design studio, Method Architecture, which specializes in integrated design-build project delivery. Our tradespeople work in a cohesive, collaborative environment, supported by an integrated design and specifications team and our craftspeople are available year-round, in a climate controlled factory, which provides a predictable time saving schedule.

A Better Way to Build

Superior Quality

Here at Method, we precision engineer our homes in our climate-controlled factory, allowing us to build to the highest quality and eliminate delays and material damage from weather. Using state-of-the-art machinery, our expert craftspeople are able to assemble each module with pinpoint accuracy.

Accelerated Schedule

Method can build a custom home 60% faster than the traditional site-built construction cycle. Since we construct the  modules at our facilities concurrently with local site work, we are able to shorten the project duration by an average of six months. Additionally, the work at our factory is not delayed by weather events, allowing us to build year-round.

Full Customization

The Method process supports full architectural customization, allowing us to unite our high level of craftsmanship with your personalized finishes, details, and specifications. A custom designed home from Method is tailored to your land, the topography, local weather patterns, and most importantly, you. Additionally, we build each project to local building codes.

Predictability & Cost Control

Method’s prefab construction process allows for greater predictability of cost, schedule, and quality. Before we begin building, we reach a fixed contract, which locks in design choices and avoids any surprise costs. During build, our team of expert craftspeople work in our state-of-the-art factory, empowering them to consistently deliver the quality we’ve built our reputation on.

Durability

We tailor the design of each home according to local weather patterns and climate, ensuring your home is durable and protected against the the elements for years to come. Additionally, because our homes are trucked, shipped, and lifted, they are designed to be strong and are built with high quality materials that are made to last.

Minimized Waste & Disruption

Our efficient construction process minimizes waste, recycles materials locally, and significantly reduces damage to materials compared to traditional stick-build homes. Building off-site results in less disruption to your neighbors and the land compared to traditional construction.
