Our Process & Services
Feasibility

Harmonizing your design vision with the site requirements to ensure your project’s success

Defining Project Goals: We will use a detailed questionnaire and varied architectural visuals to explore your story, understand your aesthetics, and begin to know your lifestyle to set the direction for the design of your home.
Conducting a Site Review: We’ll assess the feasibility of accessing the site and perform any necessary tests for Mechanical, Engineering, and Plumbing (MEP).
Complying with Local Zoning: We will conduct a broad review of local zoning code to confirm setbacks, height limitations, easements, shoreline regulations, and any environmental considerations for the site plan and design.

Design and Permitting

Bringing your vision to life, creating an immersive model of your new home and developing a detailed estimate.

Design Inspiration: We’ll review various design images together, guiding us through the design process responding to both your vision and the specific topography, climate, and natural site conditions.
Schematic Design: We will go through multiple iterations of designs, from initial floorplans, to 3D models and photorealistic renderings, to Virtual Reality models to transform your ideas into tangible plans.
Design Development: We will refine the design of your home with the structural engineer and prepare and submit plans for permitting.
Construction Documentation: Working closely with the interior design and specifications team, we will finalize interior selections. Throughout this process, we will develop line-by-line estimates to prepare for your fixed contract build.
