Method is pleased to announce completion of its new state of art modular home production facility in Ferndale, WA. It is the first net zero energy modular factory in the US and here is a display how much power we are generating.
To view the realtime metrics, visit the dashboard here. In June alone, the facility has averaged 636 kWh per day. This is enough to power 22 average American homes, and enough to offset all of our energy usage.

Method Homes is proud to be showing an Option Series Home designed by grouparchitect at the 2018 Dwell on Design Conference in Los Angeles on April 5-7 2018.

The Option Series Model 1.3 is designed by grouparchitect and comes in a number of iterations with one to three story designs. It is designed to be adaptable to different urban infill lots and have a number of different aesthetics and roof designs. This year Method will be highlighting how we get to net-zero energy and showcasing the products of all our partners in the show house.
