The Santa Rosa Custom is a large 3,600 square foot home for an art collector ready to rebuild from the ashes left from a wildfire. This home is defined by its dynamic and bold exterior complemented by its clean and bright interior adorned with art. Designed by our long time collaborator and custom prefab home specialist, Clever Homes x tobylongdesign, this home comes together as an exhibit of beauty and resilience.
The home’s white walls and gallery lighting make it a perfect canvas to display the resident’s fine art collection. Its dark wood finishes, stone countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and expansive windows further elevate the interiors.
Art is not confined to the interiors of the house: geometric statues sit on side tables positioned to catch the morning sun, pottery adorns the floor, and statues soak up the sun on the backyard patio. Even the landscaping is intentionally displayed–shrubs and grasses are stacked up the gentle incline to the house, softly glowing at night.
