Method Homes has completed a variety of school expansion and classroom projects.

Between the disruption it causes and the narrow window to complete projects, construction for schools can be quite tricky. Method Homes’ off-site construction process allows for quicker construction, reduced on-site labor, and finished products that are high-quality, sustainable, and healthy.

Reduced Disruption

Since we construct the majority of the buildings off-site, we drastically reduce the amount of on-site labor required. This means the site remains undisturbed for longer periods of time and that noise disruption is kept to a minimum.

Efficient Timeline

Our off-site construction process allows us to complete site prep concurrently with module fabrication, leading to a much quicker construction timeline.

Sustainable and Healthy Buildings

We believe everyone has the right to learn in healthy, quality buildings. We focus on constructing super-insulated building envelopes, using high-quality local materials, and integrating energy-efficient systems and products whenever possible.
